algebra linear equations

Today we are going to discuss about the kinds of equations.Equation is a part of Algebra. Here we are going to discuss about kinds of equation. For more knowledge see this link also linear equations in two variables.

1) Linear Equations: -Linear equation is an equation which consist of a single variable which is represented by letters like x, y, z etc is always to the power 1.See in at no cost algebra help to now more about linear equation in four variables.
Example: - x - 4 = 10
2) Quadratic equations: - Quadratic equations are equations which has a variable which is represented by letters like x, y, z etc is always to the power 1 & 2.
Example: - ax2+bx+c=0
3) Cubic Equation: - Cubic Equation are equations which has a variable which is represented by letters like x, y, z etc is always to the power 1, 2 & 3.
Example: - x3 + ax2 + bx +c = 0
This is a introduction to the equations next time they will see the idea solving linear equation along with other four equations.
These are the kind of Equations.
